It’s official: Auckland Theatre Company will premiere Still Life With Chickens in March 2018. Mark your diaries. Still Life… will be directed by Fasitua Amosa. Our actor, puppeteer, and other creative principals will be advised as we move into the new year. I’m quietly excited.

STILL LIFE WITH CHICKENS: a reading

Auckland Theatre Company are hosting a reading of Still Life With Chickens next week. Last weekend, thanks to the administrations of the indefatigable Salesi Le’ota at Playmarket, Still Life With Chickens enjoyed a workshop directed by Andrew Foster, dramaturged by the redoubtable Stuart Hoar, and with the collective acting prowess of Iaheto Ah Hi, Jess Robinson and Louise Tu’u.
