Mr\u00a0Power<\/strong>\u00a0the producer is on the case working through all the things I’m unable to do, or have run out of time to do, or am too chicken to do, or that are his job anyway.<\/p>\n

Crew? \u00a0Check.<\/p>\n

Schedule? \u00a0Being finalised.<\/p>\n

Script? \u00a0Which version we talking here? \u00a0Production, shooting, or a revised version of either? \u00a0Let’s say… in progress. \u00a0Any minute now.<\/p>\n

Gear? \u00a0Audio – check. \u00a0Video – arrives in town tomorrow for check, prep and test by Mr Meikle<\/strong>‘s minion.<\/p>\n

Cast? \u00a0Check.<\/p>\n

Reluctant multi-hyphenate? \u00a0Dreading every minute of pre-prod. \u00a0But knowing how essential it is to a reasonably drama-free shoot. \u00a0Oscillating wildly from little-boy excitement to full-blown terror.<\/p>\n

This will end. \u00a0In two sleeps plus five shoot days.<\/p>\n
