That time of year when staying inside with as many DVDs as your video library memberships will allow would be <i>So Right<\/i>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ah well.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There&#8217;s a new Kiwi screenwriting blog: at <a href=\"http:\/\/writerslogs.blogspot.com\" target=\"_blank\">The Truth is Out There<\/a>, the <b>Daily Screenwriter<\/b> uses the web&#8217;s silent peer pressure to track their progress.  Any writer who&#8217;s not afraid to say that they&#8217;re not writing on any given day because <a href=\"http:\/\/writerslogs.blogspot.com\/2008\/07\/day-off-today_20.html\" target=\"_blank\">it&#8217;s Sunday<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/writerslogs.blogspot.com\/2008\/07\/day-off-today_17.html\" target=\"_blank\">like, <i>&#8217;cause<\/i><\/a> is one to follow.  (Fedora-tip:  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm1644599\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ben Reid<\/a>.)<\/li>\n<li>Prior to <a href=\"http:\/\/toonai.dfmamea.com\" target=\"_blank\">To&#8217;ona&#8217;i<\/a>, all the tech-geek-speak in this youtube clip would&#8217;ve gone straight over my head.  Now that <a href=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/~r\/IndelibleFreckles\/~3\/266725523\/\">a little knowledge<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/~r\/IndelibleFreckles\/~3\/268915940\/\">can be dangerous<\/a>, upon watching this appropriation of a scene from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0363163\/\" target=\"_blank\">Downfall<\/a>, I laughed so much I almost soiled myself.  (Fedora-tip: <a href=\"http:\/\/eyeswiredopen.blogspot.com\/2008\/07\/who-do-you-think-you-are-kidding-mr.html\" target=\"_blank\">Lynden Barber<\/a>.)\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/YvZZNwDnJuk&#038;hl=en\"><\/param><param name=\"wmode\" value=\"transparent\"><\/param><\/object><\/li>\n<li>Since my <strike>email leak<\/strike> <a href=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/~r\/IndelibleFreckles\/~3\/342334295\/\">previous post<\/a>, I&#8217;ve found <a href=\"http:\/\/phillbarron.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Phill Barron<\/a>&#8216;s post on <a href=\"http:\/\/phillbarron.wordpress.com\/2008\/07\/14\/feedback\/\" target=\"_blank\">giving feedback<\/a> rather reassuring.<\/li>\n<li>And speaking of [cough] development, I heartily recommend screenwriting neophytes read <a href=\"http:\/\/lucyvee.blogspot.com\" target=\"_blank\">Lucy Vee<\/a>&#8216;s current series on common &#8211; persistent? &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/lucyvee.blogspot.com\/2008\/07\/top-5-script-mistakes-1-murkiness.html\" target=\"_blank\">script<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/lucyvee.blogspot.com\/2008\/07\/script-mistakes-2-dont-care-characters.html\" target=\"_blank\">mistakes<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Courtesy of <a href=\"http:\/\/unkreative.com\/musings\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mr Tripuraneni<\/a>, The Goddess and I have been ripping through his copy of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Battlestar_Galactica_(2004_TV_series)\" target=\"_blank\">Battlestar Galactica<\/a> Season 3.
