My exercise diary is a little depressing: less than\u00a0half the number of runs this year than I would\/should have on average (see <a href=\"http:\/\/dfmamea.com\/2013\/10\/07\/notch\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> for where it all began) \u2014 but if I add the number of brisk walks and bike rides, too\u2026 total mileage is only a <i>third<\/i> of my annual average. Goodness gracious me. Future selfies for the blog will be from the chest upwards only.
