And It’s Free, Too

The Independent has an article on the simultaneous release of the latest James Bond and Jason Bourne books, franchises I had assumed had given up ink and paper in favour of the films. What I really wanted to share was this quote from current Bond scribe Jeffrey Deaver (my emphasis added):

“I don’t see it as a competition,” said Deaver. “I hope folks can still afford two books, or go to the library and read them.”
